Quality Inn Greenville I-30

This is probably the best hotel in the area. It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. There is no breakfast and the building needs to be kept up a little better as far as carpet and a few more things. Other than that I love this place I think the staff is what makes it a better place. I love the morning person Ms.jay she is so sweet and kind, she is my favorite employee. Ms.Jay goes above and beyond to help me and my children have a great stay. It’s also pet friendly which is a plus.

We had a wonderful experience when staying here during the power outages. The hotel's new management is very pleasant. They dropped the price by $50 due to the storms that came through. They accommodated us fully and were very polite and helpful. The lady who was working on the night of June 21st 2019 was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed: utensils for food in our room, plates, and gave us all of the information about the hotel that we needed. She is the kind of person who deserves a raise due to her outstanding service! The room was clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room because we brought what we could salvage from home. We had plenty of toiletries within the bathroom as well. The only complaint I have is that someone who stayed in the room prior must have ran off with the coffee machine, so we didnt have a personal coffee machine in our room. When I woke up for breakfast their coffee machine serving regular coffee was broken. I am an avid coffee drinker, so this was disappointing, but I understand the high influx of people they were trying to serve during this time and how busy they were. Outstanding service for the amount of customers and work they were having to accommodate. Will be staying here again if the need arises. I would pick this hotel over any place in town. Best value for your money! The pool is currently closed though, just an fyi.

After reading these Google reviews I was worried about our stay. We were in town for one night for a family event. The room was nice and clean. The AC worked too well. So the bedding could be a little thicker. The staff was friendly, front desk and housekeeping.

My stay has been awesome here!! The co-worker jay is very helpful and her smile brightens up anybody’s day. Management is awesome I believe her name is sylvia she’s very helpful and has made my stay here comfortable and I will be coming back. This hotel gets 5 stars from me. I thank you all for making my stay here easy!!!! You can’t beat these prices very affordable. Y’all have an awesome team keep it up.

Ok, so the good: nice, clean room with microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, ironing board and iron. Super friendly and courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Reasonably priced snacks and drinks available at the front desk. Often the cheapest motel in town, and far enough off the main corner to avoid the majority of tweakers. The not so good: You can't avoid them all, especially at the cheapest motel in town. I was disappointed there was only one bar of soap and one towel and one hand towel as far as toiletries go, as there were two of us. Location is kind of tricky if you don't know you can go through the Express Inn and McDonald's parking lots. Overall a great value for the money.

I’ll tell you what- I was so wrong about this hotel! I had a preconceived opinion that it would be awful. I was on a work trip with a deeply negative and hyper-critical person and I had bought in to her rhetoric. In reality, it was a super affordable hotel with a few minor issues. The manager, Brad, and the staff genuinely wanted to help and make my stay comfortable and address any issue I had. I am deeply grateful for their care and kindness during a difficult work trip. I would definitely stay there again!!!!

It wasn't the Ritz but the bed was comfy and clean. The staff was nice. Texas highways are a pain to navigate but once parked you don't have to worry about much. Rolled in late and the front desk got us in our room fast. Great for a quick stay

I have been on a solo road trip for almost a month now, staying at cheap hotels that have ranged from disappointing to almost dangerous, but I was very happy with this hotel. For the price, I am VERY satisfied. Very friendly front desk people who spoke good English and didn't act like I was an inconvenience! The bed was comfortable, room was clean and actually updated, and they had a fridge and a microwave! What more can you ask for, for $50-$70 a night? It might have been out of the way for some people, but it was on my way home so I appreciated a nice nights stay. The only thing I had to complain about was the fact that the room doors shut SO LOUD, but there's always something you can find, lol.
